Design the future of offshore wind energy with us. As Manager (m/w/d), you are responsible for the safe and reliable operation of our offshore infrastructure. You are responsible for the technical operation of on- and offshore substations and ensure the fulfilment of the contractual services and of the operator's obligations in accordance with DIN VDE 0105. Plan, coordinate and optimize maintenance, maintenance and repair measures and continuously develop maintenance strategies to ensure high plant availability. Together with interdisciplinary teams and external service providers, you control the implementation of technical measures and coordinate cooperation with customers as well as other internal and external stakeholders. You monitor technical quality, accompany inspections and audits, process technical claims and deficiencies and ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements. As a central contact person (m/w/d) (Single Point of Contact) you create technical reporting, manage the material and goods industry and support budget and project controlling based on relevant key figures. In addition, you continuously develop technical operations and promote a culture of security, innovation and continuous improvement.

Successfully completed studies of engineering, electrical engineering, energy engineering or business management with a technical focus – alternatively a master or technical qualification in the field of electrical engineering or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in technical management, maintenance or project management, ideally in the field of offshore wind, energy supply or critical infrastructure; (m/w/d), Asset Manager (m/w/d), Project Manager (m/w/d), Maintenance Manager (m/w/d) or Service Manager (m/w/d) are of advantage Knowledge gained in the operation of high-voltage, medium-voltage and low-voltage systems as well as a good understanding of technical auxiliary systems and operator requirements according to DIN VDE 0105 Confidence with relevant standards, legal requirements and quality, safety and environmental standards Representative leadership, organisational and communication skills as well as experience in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams, customers and external service providers Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing as well as a structured and solution-oriented manner
