Become part of our global team: You make the difference – YOU MAKE US The Global Resilience Management department is a young, dynamic department that develops preventive and reactive strategies to prevent disruption in supply chains and sustainably shape supply chains. The position is allotted to the Financial Supplier Risk & Insolvency Management team. This is composed of financial and restructuring experts:inside and insolvency lawyers:inside and is responsible for the prevention of disturbances in the supply chains due to financial difficulties with suppliers. You evaluate the economic stability of our suppliers and secure parts supply in the case of supplier restructuring and insolvency. In close cooperation with the operational purchasing and other specialist departments, such as the supplier management of the production plants, the legal department and the controlling department, you develop strategic measures for risk suppliers and then implement them in project teams. WAS DICH ERWARTET Own implementation of financial analyses as well as evaluation of external restructuring plans and continuation forecasts in cooperation with audit firms, law firms and business consulting Evaluate supply, contractual and monetary risks with internal and external functions Ensure DTAG's part supply in case of restructuring / insolvency based on your case-specific analyses and strategies derived therefrom Verify the need for possible supplier special services and their (contractual) implementation Conduct negotiations with insolvency administrators and suppliers and take over creditor committee mandates Development of processes and systems in the local and global financial risk management of DTAG WHAT WE DO?
