CNC Specialist (m/w/d) Turning

For an innovative and internationally active company from the metal and electrical industry based in Lauf an der Pegnitz, we are looking for an experienced CNC machine (m/w/d) . It expects a modern machine park, a well-established team and exciting tasks in series production. This body shall be placed under the transfer of workers.

Your tasks: • Set up and run of CNC-controlled manufacturing machines • Self-adjustment of the machines according to technical drawings and setting plans • Optimization and monitoring of manufacturing processes • Processing of workpieces in series operation including deburring • Implementation of tool changes and minor corrections • Production-accompanying tests and documentation of measurement results • Release of production orders according to quality specifications • Maintenance and maintenance of modern machines as part of the maintenance plan

Your qualifications: • Complete training as a machining mechanic, industrial mechanic or comparable qualification • Experience in handling CNC-controlled machines and knowledge in machining • Ready to work in the 3-shift system • Quality awareness, team skills and technical understanding
