Head of Operations Management in Logistics (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the smooth running of storage processes in compliance with the applicable service levels Establishment and continuous improvement of goods receipt, goods exit, warehouse management and complaint processes Professional leadership of employees in the area of responsibility as well as continuous further development of professional know-how Compliance with the quality and safety standards specified for the task Implementation and monitoring of storage optimization strategies Advising the location and project management in cost planning Track relevant technology trends and, where appropriate, Defining implementation measures (if applicable) Generating new processes in coordination with the higher level Supporting customers and partners Cooperation in strategic personnel needs development in close coordination with the location manager Personnel planning and promotion/qualification of the professionally assigned employees Staff deployment planning, resource planning and operational order management Perception of project management tasks (if applicable) Monitoring of assigned tasks according to plan specifications, initiation of countercontrol measures for deviations Support for internal & external audits

Completed, at least 3-year training with a commercial focus Long-term, versatile professional experience, including several years in the field of materials management of the Bundeswehr Experience in managing and controlling a logistics company Experience in handling MS Office and goods management systems Good knowledge of German and English Word and Scripture Ability to work parallel in several projects Knowledge of processes, methods and tools Cost-conscious action, pronounced quality awareness, targeted and solution-oriented thinking Experience in the analysis of existing processes and the development of optimization measures Good analysis and design capability to optimize existing processes Enforcement, experience in managing subprojects, projects and project teams Ability to design and manage employees or Competence in the areas of team management and communication good written and oral expressability High level of resilience, sovereign appearance, teamability An activity in the home office is not possible. You bring the willingness to work in the 2 layer system between 06:00 and 22:00. Uses on weekends and holidays can be incurred as part of readiness to issue.
