Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Your responsibility: Creating concepts and further development of the LBS consultancy offices as well as the external representation in the Sparkassen business units taking into account a uniform external joint appearance Ensure the maintenance and utilisation of consultancy services, in particular by obtaining permits, awarding contracts for renovation, modernisation and maintenance work and monitoring the planned course Ensuring the management of consultancy centres including Completion of contracts with utilities, depreciation of operating costs and, where appropriate, Recalculation Conducting consulting center rentals, conducting contract negotiations with landlords incl. Development of leases Ensuring the dissolution of consultancy offices including Coordination and organisation of the necessary resetting and return activities as well as transfer of the consultancy points to the landlord Provision of documentation of all activities and files management necessary for the preparation, operation, management and dissolution of consultancy services Procurement Management: Delivering orders to service providers, monitoring, accompanying and removing the service
