Ensure high availability of the functionalities of IT systems for all locations of AMG-Lithium GmbH (Frankfurt am Main and Werk Bitterfeld-Wolfen) execution of the operational and planned preventive system support of the hardware and software components and, if necessary, troubleshooting using the IT ticket system Monitoring, configuration and maintenance of interfaces between IT systems and plant engineering Ensuring the availability and freedom of errors of WMS, PLS and ERP interfaces Support for production in technical issues and disturbances Close cooperation with IT administration, PLC technology, maintenance and external service providers Analysis, documentation and further development of existing data flows Working with projects for process automation and optimization

Good knowledge of network technology; well-founded knowledge of current MS lnfrastructure components Experiences with Server Virtualizations self-employed; Transparent communication and constructive handling of feedback Team skills Understanding IT as an IT service provider
