In order to strengthen our team in the distribution of spare parts, we are looking for a dedicated employee m/w/d, who combines technical expertise with business know-how – in order to expertly advise our international customers and to promote the active sale of spare parts. You provide tailor-made spare parts for our international customers. You take care of the technical clarification of repair offers and agree closely with customers as well as your colleagues from construction and production. You carry out sales and consumption analyses to identify early potential spare parts requirements and to proactively address our customers. You take into account procurement and manufacturing costs and market conditions in order to calculate market-compliant sales prices and implement the annual price review and adjustment for replacement items. You maintain, maintain and develop the digital spare parts webshop and also take care of customer requests and data management. You are actively involved in overarching projects to increase efficiency and improve customer experience.

You combine technical know-how with business understanding, i.e. You have either a technical training, e.g. as a motor vehicle mechatronic m/w/d, industrial mechanic m/w/d or comparable, and have a commercial understanding with or have a commercial training, e.g. as an industrial businessman m/w/d, automobile businessman m/w/d or comparable, successfully completed and possessed an extensive technical understanding. Ideally, you have already been able to gain experience in the service / spare parts distribution as well as in motor vehicle construction. You are characterised by a good process understanding, analytical ability and IT affinity. When dealing with MS Office you are well familiar and you have good SAP skills, ideally in S/4HANA. You have fun communicating in English and are happy to contact our international customers. You are characterized by communication strength and customer orientation, are happy to work in the team and also keep an overview in stressful situations.
