We put our central process management and also the construction of a group-wide process house in your knowledgeable hands, because you recognize the big in the puzzle of our workflows, have fun designing strategies for the future Big Picture and, above all, you pick people behind the processes where they stand. So you actively shape the way our company works and make sure that our business processes are efficient and sustainable. That you have 'green meadow' in front of you, inspired and motivated you. The lion's share of your activity consists of communication and communal exchange: A central process management only works when everyone pulls in one line. Shaping cooperation, sharing knowledge and understanding: You co-ordinate a process management community, train colleagues from the fields of expertise in methods for process optimisation and help with your advice to anchor not only a uniform approach but also a culture of continuous improvement (KVP) in the company. You can master your professional craft from the Effeff and know exactly how process optimization succeeds: You define the correct key figures (KPIs), enter the associated BPM tools and develop methods further. Together with our IT, you work on the development of standard processes for software solutions, so that the effort for customizing is as low as possible and we are getting better and better in process-oriented digitalization.

Completed studies (Bachelor) in BWL / Business Informatics or Industrial Engineering, with a focus on process management or equivalent knowledge and skills Professional experience in process management, process management certification and ideally experience in lean management and agile methods Knowledge of methods and standards in process management (modeling experience with BPMN 2.0 desirable) as well as in recording, visualization and analysis of processes IT affinity and conceptual competence for the methodological development of processes, structures and tools Understanding the structure of process maps Open and motivating way, cross-disciplinary, holistic thinking Team skills, communication skills with first experiences with moderation and presentation techniques Safe appearance and independent action
