Your tasks:

• Supporting a residential portfolio
• Rental services and new rentals
• Requirement management and plausibility of additional cost accounting
• Result-oriented income and cost management of objects
• Creation of reports and budget planning and controls
• Communication and contact management with asset management
• Cooperation with technical property manager and other departments

Your qualifications:

• Training as a real estate businessman:wife or comparable qualification
• Knowledge in the field of caring for residential properties
• Good computer skills, especially MS Office
• Ideally first SAP experience
• Class B driving licence or higher
