Your tasks: Support for corporate customer service in the daily business Preparation and preparation of customer appointments Sales support in holistic corporate customer support Maintaining customer master data and ensuring high data quality Telephone and written customer communication Coordination of appointments and administrative procedures

Requested knowledge: Successfully completed commercial training, ideally with bank-based background High service orientation and joy in dealing with people Structured, reliable and independent operation Teamability, Responsibility and Engagement Safe handling of common IT systems and bank-specific software
