Immanuel Albertinen Kocht: our Cook & Chill kitchen in Rellingen supplies all Hamburg facilities of Immanuel Albertinen Diakonie and external customers. We produce about two million meals a year, catering for events and pioneering work for sustainable, creative food from the region. Our team also has a suitable task for you!

Tasks

• Compliance with all HACCP policies
• Pre- and preparation and presentation of all offered products at the specified times
• Regular storage and complete documentation
• Output of components taking into account the required temperature, presentation requirements and quantity specifications
• Correct engagement and presentation of the daily offer as well as promotions and catering.
• Cash control and billing
• cleaning of the workplace and the corresponding equipment
• Optimum utilization and operation of the existing technology as well as smooth handling of the equipment
• Ensuring the current state of knowledge through continuous further education

Your qualifications

• Main school degree
• Completed vocational training to cook m/w/x
• Professional experience in a comparable position
• Reliability
• Friendly and professional appearance in dealing with guests
