As a member of our Hellmann Marine & Cruise Logistics teams, you will ensure that ships are on time in sea with optimized supply chains.

You take over the collection, planning and processing of the incoming orders of our customers You are responsible for the handling and monitoring of shipments in the area of ship replacement parts/cross navigation logistics with a focus on air freight You take care of the customer You have the responsibility for the processing of customer requests, freight costing and supply creation You make correspondence with our customers and partners in Germany and abroad The complaint processing and billing also falls into your task field

You have successfully completed your training in the field of forwarding/logistics You could ideally gain first professional experience in the field of air freight You have a pronounced service and customer orientation You have a high level of commitment and are happy to work in the team Communication-proof English in Word and Writing complete your profile
