As a Senior SAP S/4HANA Project Lead (Functional), you take on the overall technical responsibility for our SAP S/4HANA transformation. You will ensure that business processes are efficiently, integrated and sustainable. You connect the requirements of our departments with the possibilities of SAP S/4HANA and ensure that measurable added value is created from strategic goals.

Your tasks – You make the difference with us: You define and manage end-to-end business processes based on the Fit-to-Standard approach and develop them together with the departments. You translate business requirements into feasible professional solution designs and ensure a successful implementation. Together with the relevant project teams, you can ensure smooth integration across process and module boundaries. You control technical decisions and prioritization within the program and create transparency about dependencies and effects. As a key player for our business stakeholders, you coordinate requirements, expectations and decisions. Implementation partners and external service providers challenge you in terms of scope, feasibility and business impact. You ensure that the technical scope of the project is controlled, prioritized and consistent with the strategic objectives.

Your profile – This is what you enthuse us: You have a degree in economic informatics, business management, computer science or comparable training. You have gained several years of experience in managing complex SAP transformation or S/4HANA projects and want to introduce them into a future-oriented program. End-to-end processes you understand and can safely translate professional requirements into sustainable SAP solutions. The collaboration with business stakeholders, implementation partners and interdisciplinary project teams is familiar to you – also in complex project areas. You think analytically, recognize priorities quickly and have a good sense of economic relations. With your sovereign appearance, your clear communication and your enforcing ability, you make decisions. You can communicate safely in German and English and move confidently in an international project environment.
