TÜV Rheinland Forschungs- und Innovationsmanagement GmbH (TRFI) is part of the People and Business Assurance division in the TÜV Rheinland. As a (senior) consultant*in with a focus on grant rights (w/m/d), you are part of the newly created, interdisciplinary team “Strategic Consulting and Organization” in our ''Research Management'' segment of TRFI. We support contracting entities in the management of research and infrastructure funding, in particular in the areas of mobility, transport and digitalisation. We act as an interface between politics, public administration, business and science. The support of the “Strategic Advice and Organisation” team includes the strategic advice of all operational units of the “Research Management” segment in all key issues concerning application and administrative (process) law, quality development, medium management, budgetary law and process management. They shall ensure uniform administrative procedures through a systematic interpretation of the relevant directives and regulations of the right to grant. They accompany our interdisciplinary teams in application and budgetary issues throughout the entire project cycle from funding measures (from application advice to use proof). They independently and independently assess the facts of the grant, administrative (procedural) and European aid law. They create overriding audit guides and policy decisions in project funding.

Completed study of law and second state exams (full legal counsel*), ideally with a focus on public law/ administrative procedural law (First) professional experience and knowledge in these areas of responsibility, in particular in the relevant rules and regulations (such as BHO, VV-BHO, ANBest-P, ANBest-P Costs, NKBF 98, NKBF 2017) and in the European Aid Law (predicted General Block Exemption Regulation) are desirable Knowledge of public budgetary law and price law (VO PR30/53, LSP) are also advantageous Experience in interdisciplinary cooperation with various areas We require a sovereign communication and cooperation willingness, a pronounced service and service orientation as well as a constructive, solution-oriented operation.
