We at the HEK are looking for motivated social security benefits for the start of training as of 01.09.2025. Our social security professionals (m/w/d) have an extensive knowledge of all performance and contribution topics. They advise our insurers and members on the most diverse topics. This refers to all themes from A like acupuncture to Z like dentist.

You advise our customers by phone and in writing. In addition, you will independently process applications, such as family insurance or maternity allowance. You will check the cost of statutory services, including prevention courses, osteopathy and vaccination. In addition, you recover and collect new recordings and perform the termination processing. Reimbursement of contributions and the classification of legally voluntary insured persons also counts among your tasks. Finally, you will cover the various companies where our insured persons are insured.
