You take the responsible monitoring and control of our process engineering plant for recycling lithium-ion batteries and thus ensure smooth plant operation. In doing so, you ensure the continuous supply of material as well as the professional product removal at the recycling plant and always keeps the process parameters in mind. You carry out regular quality checks and log them carefully using our ERP and LVS systems. Actively, you support the team with maintenance, cleaning and repair measures to ensure the high availability of the system permanently. Through your proactive operation, you recognize irregularities early and contribute to the continuous optimization of production processes together with the layer line.

You have a completed technical training, for example as a machine and plant leader (m/w/d) or a chemical (m/w/d) - but we also like to give a chance to motivated cross-comers with technical skills. Ideally, you bring well-founded experience in a comparable position as well as a high technical understanding and are ready to work in shiftwork. A high level of reliability, sense of responsibility and a solution-oriented way of working distinguish you as well as your strong team skills. For daily communication and work with our systems, you have conversation-proof German skills (at least level B2) in word and writing. A class B driver's license as well as a truck or industrial truck licence are of advantage, but do not constitute a mandatory requirement for your application.
