Technical and disciplinary management of KTA Aerospace Conceptual and professional development of the department Meeting credit decisions in the framework of the applicable rules of competence and the exercise of payment and booking competencies Responsibility for the allocation and processing of new loan transactions in the team, including the creation of credit application templates and contract documentation Ensuring systematic credit management of the Aerospace portfolio, taking into account regulatory requirements and internal processes, guidelines and instructions Ensuring a high quality of decision templates and coordination of internal and external decision and approval processes Self-assessment of complex or substantive specific credit cases, including analysis and verification of credit and collateral contracts and necessary monitoring measures Optimizing and securing the data quality of the credit portfolio as well as continuous improvement of processes and workflows in ongoing credit management Solution-oriented cooperation with other departments, especially within KTA, the Market and Legal Department, Accounting/Meldewesen, Risk Controlling and Service & Portfolio Management Monitoring, control and independent implementation and participation in internal projects

Completed training as a banker with further qualification or economics studies or a comparable qualification Influential professional experience in structured financing, ideally in the Aerospace sector, as an alternative to comparable industries such as renewable energies or shipbuilding Knowledge and expertise in the assessment and management of address and transaction risks, as well as comprehensive knowledge in balance sheet and financial statements analysis (HGB and IFRS), cash flow modeling/analysis and rating procedures Extensive understanding of economic relations, analytical thinking and solution-oriented action High communication and team skills as well as a strong quality and risk awareness Target-oriented and structured operation Very good English skills in word and writing Very good MS Office knowledge, knowledge of Agree21 of advantage Experience in leading international teams is beneficial
