The Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE) provides secure and future-oriented use of cloud solutions in the DRV Bund. We create the conditions for modern cloud technologies to be used efficiently, economically and in compliance with all security and compliance requirements. Our tasks include the central control of cloud solutions, the support of cloud projects and the management of cloud providers, costs and compliance requirements.

Accompany and support the successful implementation of modern cloud solutions within our common data center As a link between leadership, departments and employees, you ensure that complex cloud topics are communicated in a comprehensible, transparent and targeted manner, including through the creation of the newsletter, the moderation of open cloud calls and the maintenance of the intranet area Support the department management in strategic and organizational issues, as well as creating presentations, decision templates and communication documents Coordination of decision-making processes and support for smooth internal and cross-departmental cooperation Initiating and accompanying change processes in the cloud environment and developing suitable communication and participation formats Developing requirements for digital learning offers and coordination or Developing training and information formats on cloud topics in cooperation with our education department and external providers Self-preparing and conducting workshops and events to convey knowledge about cloud computing in a practical way

Completed university education (Bachelor/Diplom FH), ideally in the fields of communication sciences, corporate communication, media, marketing, public relations or economics, or a similar qualification At least 2 years of professional experience in corporate or internal communication, change management or communication management, ideally in the IT or transformation environment Detectional experience of preparing complex technical or technical contents according to target groups and communicating them via different communication channels Relevant certifications in change or project management are desirable Experience with digital learning and communication formats, with learning management systems as well as tools like Confluence and Jira are beneficial Creativity, communication strength and moderation skills as well as a structured, self-initiative and responsible working We require very good knowledge of German in word and writing (C2 level). Interest in cloud technologies and the willingness to work on technical topics round off your profile. Due to the cross-site activity, occasional service trips (2 to 5 times a year) between Berlin and Würzburg are required
