Tasks & Responsibility: It's waiting for you The daily contact with our customers is one of your main tasks. You support them with fun and commitment in all matters The safe handling of complaints is self-evident and closely interlinked with solution-oriented actions A close cooperation and coordination with the specialist departments to ensure, adapt and develop existing processes motoves you You support new customers around “Onboarding” You conduct the infleeting and defleeting processes in coordination with all departments and external partners: Compliance with the agreed SLA’s for the corresponding process steps is also part of your task You create the framework and leasing contracts for new customers and proactively follow the corresponding return.
