In this role, you will independently process force liability damage from the field of commercial customers, in particular car homes and commercial vehicle fleets. Own-responsible testing and regulation of force liability damage from our commercial customer portfolio (auto houses & commercial motor vehicle fleets) – both property and personal damage Responsibility of the entire regulatory process, including the processing of complaints and the independent supervision of judicial procedures Own liability assessment and assessment of the amount of damage based on legal and contractual principles Telephone and written communication with customers, injured, lawyers, etc., as well as care of contact persons of the partner car houses Damage management as well as independent and efficient damage management

Completed training for:m Kauffrau:mann for insurance and finance or a comparable completed vocational training At least two years of experience in the KFZ liability regulation, combined with solid legal expertise of the German liability and compensation law A pronounced readiness combined with a strong working efficiency The claim to develop damages structured, efficient and successful A high social competence combined with friendly and professional communication
