Construction Manager Overhead Line Construction (m/f/d)

Construction site preparation: planning and organisation of the construction site, creation of construction schedules, risk assessments and material requirements as well as coordination of project participants and permits Team management: Instruction, technical guidance and motivation of the project team as well as subcontractors, including on-site deployment planning Construction: Ensuring the quality, adherence to dates and implementation of the plans, as well as coordination of materials, tools and personnel Documentation: Maintenance of construction and revision documents, supplements and performance data as well as transparent communication with clients Decrease & preparation: visits, acceptance logs, defect management and rebuilding of the construction site Work and health protection: implementation of all safety measures, instructions and compliance with legal requirements Project completion: Control of all remaining works and warranty obligations as well as proper transfer of the construction site to the client

Complete technical studies (preferably in construction) or qualification as master/technician in construction Experience in the development of construction projects as well as readiness for regular construction site presence Basic electrical engineering qualification (EUP) and understanding of occupational safety at construction sites Basic commercial understanding including first knowledge in contracting (BGB/VOB) as well as safe handling of MS office and basic knowledge in ERP systems Impressed organisational and communication skills, leadership skills and high travel readiness and driving licence Class B
