Together with your team, you develop and design projects and investments in renewable energy for building a power plant portfolio (geothermy, heat supply) You are responsible for the project management for the development and construction of renewable energy and heat generation plants from deep geothermal energy and have the overall planning as well as the parallel licensing processes, time and budget planning You will review project opportunities from the field of business development for technical and economic feasibility You assess sales opportunities, in particular for renewable heat in the project areas, and discuss sales planning with network operators, municipal works and industry You commission, coordinate and control external specialist planners, service managers and contractual partners for the realization of the geothermal systems You control the relevant approval processes and communication with the authorities and dialogue with the communities, the citizens and the general public

Complete studies, preferably civil engineering, geology, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or similar courses with appropriate orientation At least 5 years of professional experience in project management and project management You have ideally experience in project and business development for renewable energy plants, preferably geothermal energy You have a broad energy knowledge and interest, paired with a basic entrepreneurial attitude, a hand-on mentality and a solution-oriented way of working You have a high communication skills as well as very good German and good English skills Professional appearance, organizational talent and decision-making skills complete your profile.
