• independent processing of insurance cases - handling of damage and performance cases - checking and settlement of repair invoices - creating credits, cancellation documents and invoices - requesting and checking compensation from insurance services - receiving and processing written and telephone complaints

• Complete commercial training - Experience in insurance desirable - Experience in contact with customers as well as complaint management desirable - Embossed communication strength and team skills - Secure MS office skills
