This is your job: coordination and agreement of customer and internal appointments Acceptance and processing of customer requests Telephone and personal care of customers: within the framework of the following tasks: settlement of accounts and payment transactions for natural and legal persons Map service and online banking (advising and processing, if necessary in consultation with consultants) Editing business transactions (accounter openings, data changes, economicly enacted) Internal administration (including reception, spatial planning, organisation of meetings and events)
