• you take phone calls and process them
• you set the bills of home charges
• you work open posts
• you take the application with the authorities and care funds
• you are contact person:in case of questions of interest:inside
• you keep confusing messages and internal emergency calls
• you process, distribute and carry out general postal and electronic correspondence

Your profile

• ideally professional experience in managing health and social institutions
• safe handling of the current MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge in the SGB XI, SGBXII and in the Housing and Participation Act are advantageous
• Joy in dealing with elderly people
• high social competence, personal commitment and reliability
• Ability to work hand in hand with all areas of the facility
