Nurse – Professional coordination or nursing tour (m/f/d)

In our prelate stepfather house in Ehrenkirchen we have reorganised the use of our nursing staff: with two clearly defined roles that complement each other and ensure good care together. Professionally coordinating nursing staff: You coordinate and control treatment care, coordinate with doctors and the care team. Basic care is not provided in this role. Care specialist for the care tour: You take over the basic and treatment care of our residents and agree closely with the team. You decide what suits you: You can work permanently in the technical coordination, take over the care tour only or do both roles alternately. You can do this: Technically coordinating care specialist Implementation, coordination and delegation of treatment care, in particular in drug management, in wound care and in injections Special consultation with doctors and other health professionals Control of care processes of the allocated residents Coordination in the team for needs-based care and smooth processes Care professional for the care tour Implementation of basic and treatment care taking into account the individual needs and resources of our residents Observation of health status and recognition of health changes Technical documentation of care and measures carried out Close cooperation with the professionally coordinating nursing staff and the care team Clear tasks and responsibilities: Clear tasks and responsibilities:
