Responsibility for the professional and disciplinary management of the Financial and Controlling Unit, including resource management and personnel development Effective leadership and motivation of a remote team by developing strategies for optimal team integration Planning, organisation, control and monitoring of all group-specific tasks, in particular for fulfilling commercial and tax obligations Monitoring of work and work results in terms of timely completion and the management of the necessary capacities Creation and analysis of quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB and KWG reporting Compilation of budget planning, forecasts and deviation analyses for the bank and, if necessary, also for use in the national budgets of the M-V State Review of financial processes including identification of potential for improvement and implementation of appropriate measures Control of the tasks in the context of the asset and liabilities management for the Landesförderunginstitut M-V incl. the Cash Management, plus its own IT assignment Analysis and provision of relevant results for internal and external recipients of information (NORD/LB, auditors, supervisory bodies, technical and financial departments of the ministries of the country M-V) Close cooperation with management and other cross-sector stakeholders to optimise financial performance

Complete study of business management, financial management or a comparable degree programme Multiannual professional experience in finance and controlling, ideally in a credit institution, bank or public institution Experience in the leadership and development of a team Knowledge in accounting (HGB) and controlling Awareness of an activity in governmental structures belonging to NORD/LB in the banking-regulated environment Analytical skills and a high degree of numerical affinity Own-sponsored and structured operation Embossed and secure communication capability Enforcement and decision-making Safe handling of common financial software solutions and MS Office, especially Excel Readiness to travel between Schwerin and Hannover
