Vice President Internal Audit (m/f/d)

Overall responsibility for the Internal Audit/Group Audit department to be established, reporting directly to the CFO of the BIOTRONIK Group Active management of external audit service providers, establishment and management of an international audit team Coordination and assessment of all activities audit, including foreign subsidiaries Responsibility for the design, definition and optimisation of audit standards and the development of an audit strategy for the Group Preparation, implementation and follow-up of internal audits at home and abroad Targeted communication of audit results to increase compliance and efficiency Support in the preparation of annual and long-term audit planning, taking into account the risk assessment of the areas to be audited Coordination of Biotronik's measures to strengthen governance, risk and compliance in cooperation with the legal department Support in the development of an ICS (Internal Control System) concept that is closely linked to Biotronik's process landscape

Successfully completed university degree in economics, law or engineering, supplemented by business administration/law or a related subject Many years of professional experience in auditing, e.g. at one of the Big 4 auditing firms, in compliance, in-house consulting or similar areas, ideally with additional CIA/IAA certification Hands-on mentality combined with a holistic and vision strategic Strong communicator who is able to adapt communication effectively to the respective situation and culture Distinct personal values and integrity High degree of independence and initiative Excellent command of MS Office and a strong affinity for IT Very good German and English skills Willingness to travel borders (50%) + residence in Berlin
