Assembly, testing and commissioning of electronic assemblies and equipment THT and SMD soldering – also fine soldering under the magnifying glass (e.g. PT100) Fine-mechanical activities such as pressing, joining, gluing and shrinking Assembly and construction of cables incl. Initial sample test according to drawing and data sheet Reading and implementing technical drawings, switching and occupancy plans Final check of modules and equipment according to checklists and specifications Error analysis, repairs and logical troubleshooting Handling of calibrated tools and measuring means (torque, testing means, etc.) Ensuring compliance with process parameters and quality specifications Active participation in CS operations and support in Poka-Yoke approaches Maintaining, improving and securing work instructions and documentation

Complete training as an electronic:in for devices and systems, mechatronics:in or comparable qualification Found experience in electronics production, ideally in an ISO 9001 certified environment Very high quality awareness and structured, meticulous work Self-responsive, responsive and learning Sensitized for ESD tasks and ideally experience in building ESD jobs Safe handling of PC, MS Office and ideally ERP systems (e.g. Epicor) Teamable, flexible and open for changing tasks Very good German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge of advantage
