Your future job:

We are currently looking for a working and environmental specialist(m/w/d).

Your tasks:

• adaptation of existing concepts for safety at work;
• creation of site-internal requirements (e.g. process and work instructions);
• participation in the reporting obligations at the site level;
• support in the planning, organisation and documentation of Health, Safety Environment (HSE) training and instruction;
• support for risk assessments;
• support location-specific audits, inspections and tours;
• compiling statistics and evaluations in the field of HSE for the presentation of key figures and developments;
• preparation of presentations and decision templates for HSE meetings and the HSE leadership;
• management and maintenance of HSE-relevant documents, databases and information systems;
• preparation and monitoring of internal and external audits and certifications in the HSE field;
• communication and correspondence with internal contact persons, authorities, insurance companies and external service providers in HSE matters;
• cooperation in the further development and optimization of the HSE management system;

Your profile:

• successfully completed training;
• Ideally multi-year professional experience in HSE;
• Self-employed and structured operation, accuracy and reliability;
• enthusiasm for HSE situations;
• Very good German knowledge necessary;"
