IT Field Service Technician (m/f/d)

You install, configure and maintain hardware and software on site in close cooperation with the departments and the central IT units. You secure a stable IT operation in the operating environment - analyzes IT issues and fix them independently or in coordination with the Second Level Support. You can classify, process and document support cases in the ticket system and take over coordination with Second Level Support and external partners. You work with internal departments and external system providers (e.g. Amazon) to ensure system availability. You set up jobs and introduce new users. You support rollouts, moves and IT equipment

You have an IT-related training, professional experience in the IT field or a comparable qualification. You work independently, structured and customer-oriented. You enjoy dealing with people and a pronounced service orientation. You have good knowledge of how to use common hardware and software and ideally experience IT systems in the logistical environment (e.g. scanners, mobile devices, networks). You're sure to deal with ticket systems and documentation. You have good English skills in word and writing. You are resilient and keep an overview in critical situations and set the priorities right.
