In this function, you are responsible for the administrative tasks of the Secretariat of the Department of Labour Security at the Überlingen site. You support the leadership and the EHS employees in all matters, for example in the implementation of legal requirements, internal directives, and Diehl enterprise standards, as well as through cooperation in protocols and scheduling. The organization and follow-up of training is also one of your tasks. The correspondence with the relevant trade association and other associated authorities, as well as the support for the detection, analysis and evaluation of accidents and diseases round off the field of activity.

For this function, your completed professional training and professional experience in the field of occupational safety, environmental management, fire protection and a technical understanding are the ideal conditions. In addition, you can already have very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and ideally of a common EHS software. You are characterised by a service-oriented, self-employed and flexible way of working and bring fun to work in a dynamic and active team.
