In the secondary network, we are responsible for the communication infrastructure of the Berlin power distribution network. Our systems enable the monitoring and remote control of systems across the network and thus make a significant contribution to the security of supply of the capital. With the energy and heat transition, the importance of efficient and secure data communication networks is growing steadily. New network connections, intelligent resources and increasing digitalization requirements lead to a variety of exciting projects in the field of Operational Technology (OT). As a portfolio manager OT and secondary network, you play a central role in the planning, prioritization and control of these projects. Together with specialist areas, executives and project teams, you will ensure that our critical infrastructure is developed in a targeted, economical and future-proof manner. You evaluate, coordinate and prioritize projects as well as operational activities of the OT so that resources are targeted and strategic corporate objectives are achieved efficiently. You establish modern agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and help teams continuously improve their cooperation, transparency and responsiveness to change. You ensure that proven IT service management standards are integrated into daily work and thus contribute to high service quality and efficient processes. You develop meaningful key figures and reporting formats to create transparency about project progress, resource needs and future developments. You conduct decision-making professionally, bring different interests together and support executives with sound analyses and practical recommendations. You ensure that the organization is prepared for disturbances and that important processes and services also work reliably in crisis and emergency situations.

a completed university degree in the field of computer science, project management, news technology or a comparable field of expertise. Joy in analyzing, evaluating, presenting and optimizing processes and relationships. Multiannual experience in IT/OT project portfolio management or the management of several or large projects (Level B/C or PMI – PMP). Knowledge of agile methods and ITIL as well as experiences with hybrid project approaches. Analytical strength and structured operation. Embossed communication and moderation capabilities. Plus, but no need: experiences with PowerBI, knowledge in the field of data transmission/networks as well as OT/IT systems, knowledge in the field of business continuity management.
