We offer you a 12-month non-examination trainee program for your professional entry into the Rheinland-Pfalz tax administration: 5 months ''work-experience' You will get to know numerous departments of a tax office in the indoor and outdoor services 3 months ''training on the job' You will get to know your future activity as a guide 3 months ''know-how and soft-skills'' You will take part in 3 courses of 1 month duration at the Bundesfinanzakademie in Brühl and Berlin 1 month ''Stage in Landesamt für Steuer'' At the end of your year of assignment, you will get to know the teaching activity in a central authority During your year of assignment, you will participate in our mentoring program. An experienced mentor or an experienced mentor accompanies you during the first year and is at your disposal for any questions as your personal contact. Your perspectives: After completion of the trainee program, you will take over a leadership position in one of the 22 financial offices in Rhineland-Palatinate. A socially acceptable change in the place of use in consultation with our managers is particularly important to us.
