(Senior) CRM & Data Strategy Lead (m/w/d)

As (Senior) Lead Intelligence Manager (m/w/d), you take the technical responsibility for the entire process of sourcing and matching data for lead generation. In this role, you’re aspiring at the interface between business, product and technology – and with your structured and data-driven approach, our sales can work faster and more targeted with qualified leads. You are part of the international team “Lead Management & Data Quality EMEA” with more than 60 colleagues and report directly to the field management team. This allows you to shape end-to-end processes across the market and achieve real impact. Your new job at a glance Structure & Integration of Data: You define data format requirements and advise the Tech team on integration and modeling.

Responsibility for external data sources: You identify appropriate data providers, conduct negotiations and manage relationships and contracts.

CRM and Segmentation Strategy: You develop a viable CRM structure and segmentation logic for targeted speech and better matching quality.

End-to-end process responsibility: You design and control the entire sourcing and matching process – from data acquisition to playout.

Stakeholder & Interface Management: You work closely with business, technology and analytics, making clear communication and implementation.

KPI control & continuous improvement: You define KPIs, analyze performance and develop data-based optimization ideas.

That's what you bring Academic training: completed studies in (economic) computer science, business management or comparable discipline.

Professional experience: 3–5 years of experience in data management, CRM (ideally salesforce), lead management or a comparable data-driven area.

Analytical Thinking & Process Understanding: You have a structured working method, sound data competence and a good understanding of end-to-end processes.

Interface competency: You will certainly communicate with business and tech teams and understand how to mediate between the two worlds.

Communication strength: You are proactively approaching stakeholders, working solution-oriented and successfully bringing projects with energy and overview to the target.
