Tasks Your tasks as a residential management (w/m/d) with us: Among all jobs in care, the residential area management is one of the essentials: you guide and coordinate your living area. You work closely with people and stand up for our values – with advice and action, with heart and soul. Implementation of the care concept Maintenance and documentation of care processes and care planning Close cooperation with medical professionals and authorities Implementation of quality assurance measures Instructions, introduction and promotion of employees:
