WK Personalberatung GmbH We are the WK Personalberatung – a specialized boutique personal consulting with a focus on energy suppliers, banks as well as technical specialist and leadership positions. We continuously grow and develop our brand. We are not looking for a classic marketing role, but for someone who implements marketing hands-on, takes responsibility and actively shapes our external impact – strategically and operationally.

Further development, maintenance and technical development of our websites (WordPress) incl. SEO Own creation and maintenance of content (texts, graphics, visuals, photos, videos) Conception, recording and cutting of podcast formats (technical setup, sound & video cutting – we put the necessary equipment) Responsibility for graphics, video, text & content creation across all relevant channels Supporting our social media channels including creative content ideas, clean captions and consistent brand effect Development and implementation of new marketing formats, campaigns and content Active design of our brand positioning, visibility and external effect Responsible management of marketing measures – from idea to publication Close cooperation with the management as a marketing agency Optional / of advantage: evaluation of KPIs, performance analyses and derivation of optimizations Conversion tracking (e.g. website, campaigns, funnels) Basic knowledge of SEA (e.g. Google Ads)

Experience in marketing, online marketing or a comparable role Secure use of WordPress as well as a technical and design eye for websites Good feel for language, brand, design and effect Experience or interest in audio/video content (Podcast, editing, formats) knowledge of SEO; SEA and tracking know-how are a plus Creativity, Hands-on-Mentality and Pleasure of Independent Implementation Proactive way of working – you bring your own ideas and implement them Structured, reliable operation and high sense of responsibility Formal degrees or a perfect CV are of secondary importance for us.
