Main responsibility for the technical and strategic development of the real estate portfolio, including taking into account current ESG criteria Project development for building projects in the housing stock and coordination of the necessary planning services Implementation of feasibility analyses and cost-effectiveness calculations as a basis for investment decisions Contractor representation and control of external project partners in refurbishment and modernization measures, including budget planning and cost control Establishment and maintenance of a resilient network of specialist planners, service providers and exporting companies Identification of synergy effects and participation in the further development of internal processes and standards

Complete studies in the field of civil engineering, facility management, architecture or a comparable technical qualification Knowledge in technical real estate management and inventory development High IT affinity Analytical and strategic thinking readiness to travel (10-20%, partly nationwide)
