(Voll-)Jurist HR Compliance (m/f/d)

As a (full) specialist in labour law with the focus on HR Compliance, you ensure compliance with legal requirements and actively shape HR Compliance.

This means: Independent processing, evaluation and clarification of HR compliance cases as well as processing of information from our reporting systems and deriving appropriate labour law measures Comprehensive preparation, monitoring and independent implementation of internal HR revisions and follow-up and follow-up of actions Identification, control and minimisation of labour law and HR compliance risks and preparation and testing of compliance policies in close cooperation with all interface partners Contact persons and consultants for our departments and regional companies for questions in individual and collective labour law

Successfully completed legal studies (1st and 2nd state exams or economic law) Insufficient professional experience in HR compliance, labour law and/or audit practice (e.g. whistleblower case processing) in a large company or firm Very good knowledge of individual and collective labour law Experience gained in the (HR) Compliance area and, above all, in the Employment Law Ability to easily and convincingly present complex legal issues and to be able to structure and coordinate issues across the field. Experience in project management Teamability and a high degree of self-initiative Good knowledge of Google Workspace desirable Good English knowledge of word and writing
