The DRK-Kreisverband Schwäbisch Hall - Crailsheim e.V. offers a wide range of offers and services in the Schwäbisch Hall district with its public, voluntary and voluntary employees as an aid organization.

In this key position, you are the centrepiece of our support and support services and are crucial to ensuring that senior citizens can live at home as long as possible. These offers are also available for members who need relief in the care sector.

Your tasks

· They play a decisive role in the development of these services and are responsible for the professional and personnel management of employees.

· They develop the various services taking into account the medium and long-term objectives

· They provide competent advice and support as well as quality assurance in the field of care and relief, occasionally also outside the usual office hours.

· They guide the area of relief and prevention strategy- and targeted

· They network within the DRK as well as with authorities, associations, specialist bodies and other stakeholders as well as partner organisations

· They ensure a trusted cooperation with care funds and other stakeholders

· They represent the department management - social services and work

Your skills and personality

· They have a training as a health care, nursing or caregiver and ideally experience in home care

· You are an organizational institution, living a constructive working culture and service orientation is of great importance to you

· Your personal values agree with the Red Cross Principles and you follow the company's goals with strategic, entrepreneurial and innovative thinking and action

· Public performances and customer contacts master you through high communication competence

· Sensitivity and team skills as well as openness and curiosity for social changes are your personality

· Your basic knowledge and IT affinity support you in the administrative tasks

· You know the legal foundations (e.g. nursing law) or are willing to further develop accordingly
