Contract Manager (m|w|d)

Your duties You are responsible for the commercial promotion of large international projects and are closely associated with the technical project manager and the specialist departments involved. In addition, you evaluate and review contract proposals, tender conditions and accompany contract negotiations with customers and partners. In addition, you take over project-related risk management and coordinate commercial topics such as taxes, insurance and financing. The development and adaptation of terms of supply for new products and services is also part of your responsibility as well as the complete business order processing including claim management, accounting, receivable management, clarification of legal issues and coordination of local businesses. In addition, customers, the technical project manager and the internal specialist departments can be consulted as a business partner.

Your profile You have a successfully completed degree in business, economic engineering, the business lawyer or have a comparable qualification and have already gained several years of professional experience in one of these areas of responsibility. Ideally, you will bring experience in the distribution and/or in the order processing of large-scale plant projects. In addition, you have very good knowledge of contract law as well as at least basic knowledge in the fields of financial and accounting, taxes, business and insurance. The safe handling of SAP and MS Office applications is obvious to you. Personally, you are convinced by your strong communication and negotiation skills as well as your technology affinity. Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing, as well as the willingness to occasional international missions (25% - 30%).
