Your first months: Focus on the development and maintenance of interfaces. Accompanying and successively taking over customer projects. Daily Business: You participate in SAP HCM and S/4HANA migration and introduction projects. By means of SAP HCM-Customizing you implement requirements on the form design independently. You develop interfaces, reports and procedures. Your long-term focus: You enter the SAP module organization management (OM). You enter the SAP module Job and Personnel Cost Planning (PKP). You position yourself with your customers as a solution provider and HCM expert.

Completion or professional experience in computer science, business management or human resources management. Concrete practical experience in human resources or IT.
