We are looking at the next time Jobcoaches / Pedagogical Staff (m/w/d) for various labour market-oriented integration and mediation projects

We are looking:

Jobcoaches / Pedagogical staff, preferably with corresponding professional experience. Their tasks include in particular:

• placement-oriented coaching and consulting the project participants, their motivation and activation
• profiling, target planning and strategy development for integration into the labour and training market
• individual support of the application process including the search for suitable jobs
• Social-pedagogical intervention, if necessary on request
• Development and implementation of group events / workshops
• Cooperation with the case management of the KreisJobCenter, with employers and external providers of consulting and support services
• Documentation and reporting

We wish:

A completed training as a diploma teacher, social pedagogue or educational scholar (Bachelor/Master). or a comparable qualification:

• experience in job placement and/or consulting work for unemployed and long-term unemployed people
• good knowledge of the regional labour market
• Experiences in work with migrants
• Flexibility and willingness to work into new areas of work and topics
• Team orientation and independent action
• Methodology competence
• a positive human image and social and communicative competence
• a targeted, structured operation and safe handling of the MS Office package
