Claims Management Clerk - Customer Service / CRM (m/w/d)

You are the contact person for our customers when it comes to damage, theft and necessary repairs on the leased bicycles and accompany them through the process. Your (basic) knowledge in the bike area and the associated components are included. With workshops you discuss and negotiate the necessary work and release repairs. The communication that takes place by phone or e-mail is displayed in our CRM.

Very important for this position is the technical understanding of the subject of bicycle - whether you have a professional training or screwing around is your hobby, doesn't matter. Only with this knowledge can we take into account your application. To do this, you have completed vocational training in the commercial/technical field or have comparable experiences. You have a negotiating skill and a certain level of enforcement without neglecting empathy. You can organize yourself well and share and review your activities independently. You work accurately and conscientiously and always have a good look at our customers.
