You're burning for challenges?**

As (Senior) Solution Architect and Project Manager:in (w/m/d) you are responsible for:

• You are advising our mid-sized and large customers , process-oriented and across the industry within the framework of SAP S/4HANA Pre and Introduction Projects**. A focused orientation to one or more industries is also possible.

• You bear the professional responsibility of the project and run the project team at the technical level.

• You design and model Business Processes and, as Solution Advisor/Solution Architect (w/m/d), organize the technical solutions and data models for efficient mapping of processes.

• You know the solutions and products that are potentially relevant to the project as well as their integration points – ideally also at technical level – and stay up to date, especially in the product portfolio of SAP.

• You control and coordinate the entire Project course in cooperation with the project management - from the Prepare to the Explore and Realize phase to the Run phase and build the bridge to the continuous innovation.

• You are responsible for the synchronization and integrative work of the various project workstreams, creating consistent and integrated solutions.

• You develop existing customer relationships and support in sales/presales.

• You support internally in the development of Project Procedure and in coordination with stakeholders such as project managers:inside, portfolio management, quality & risk management and our centers of excellence.

• Depending on the project situation, you work locally with the customer, in one of our offices or in the home office.

• You have at least six years Experience in SAP consulting**, ideally in multiple modules/business fields, optionally also with industry focus.

• Your competencies include the operating economic, process-oriented view of integrated solutions and the technical integrative perspective.

• Your approach is consistently more value-oriented and supports the strategies and visions of our customers.

• You have experience in the Guidance of (partial) projects from a professional perspective.

• You have very good knowledge of Concept and Implementation of solutions based on the SAP product portfolio, especially with S/4HANA as core. Knowledge of the Cloud/BTP environment is advantageous.

• You are a key resource in projects for a specialist area or an industry and want to go to the next career step.

• A very good communication capability in German and English as well as a professional appearance are among your strengths.

• Depending on the project situation, a two- to four-day readiness per week for customer use is of course for you.
