You are responsible for

technical support for global sales in application-related issues the clarification of technical feasibility and monitoring of sample processes ensuring the completeness and quality of all product data the support of the Head of Product Management in Operational Day Business the article system and changes in the ERP and PIM system the provision and maintenance of certificates and documentation as well as the compliance of worldwide product conformity requirements the implementation of competitive analyses and the procurement of comparative products for market observation processing of complaints including Cause analysis the participation in the preparation and implementation of sales events and conferences

Completed commercial training, ideally first experience in product management Safe handling of MS Office, ERP and PIM systems Digital affinity and openness for AI-based methods Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Technical understanding, accuracy and structured working Communication strength, especially in training and the placement of technical content Team skills and motivation to actively advance WEICON
