In order to strengthen the team, we are looking for a HR specialist (m/w/d). Together with experienced colleagues, you will take care of the billing of charges and the reporting system and are the first respondent in social security issues. Creation of the monthly pay bill for a defined group of employees Maintenance and updating of the employee-related master data and implementation of changes Transfer and verification of time-economic data from the electronic time recording tool and clarification of accounting-relevant questions Implementation of the reporting system, continuous data reconciliation with the health insurance funds and processing of pay advances and grants for sickness benefit Contact person for employees in social insurance, pay- and time-relevant questions Ensuring the timely processing of important dates, such as sampling times, deadlines, retirement entrances, and interruptions such as parental leave and parental leave

Completed commercial training or a degree as a social security specialist or tax specialist - or similar Finded professional experience in pay billing, ideally in a collective environment Good knowledge of a wage billing programme Experience in handling an electronic time recording tool Careful operation, sense of responsibility and schedule Embossed team skills and a strong service orientation
