Application and Process Manager - Construction Operations (m/f/d)

As part of the Function Construction Core – Design & Services, you connect the requirements of the construction company with digital solutions and act as a central interface between departments and IT. With a good understanding of construction workflows and technological potentials, you develop existing applications in a targeted manner and efficiently and in practice. Drive ahead the standardization and harmonisation of solutions across organizational units and make a significant contribution to the digital continuity and further development of the system landscape. Your tasks at a glance: Professional responsibility for global construction applications and their continuous development Recording, analysis and expert assessment of requirements from the operational fields Conception of application and process improvements in close coordination with the stakeholders Planning and coordination of releases including prioritization of requirements in cooperation with the departments and IT Conducting tests, acceptances and documentation of the changes implemented Advice and support of the specialist areas in rollouts and in the ongoing operation of the applications

You have a degree in civil engineering, economic engineering, business informatics or a comparable qualification You have at least basic knowledge in construction and have a good understanding of processes in the fields of costing, procurement or construction You bring a high IT affinity as well as interest in digital solutions in the building environment and have an ideal experience with construction-based software solutions such as RIB iTWO You have a strong analytical mindset as well as the ability to accurately and address complex technical issues You have a strength of communication and persuasiveness as well as a strong team capacity in cooperation with specialist departments and IT You have a structured, reliable and solution-oriented way of working You are sure to go with MS Office and ideally have basic programming skills, e.g. in VBA Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing complete your profile
