Successfully completed study of the fields of civil engineering or architecture or a qualification as a master:in terms of construction Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position, e.g. as (over) construction manager:in or project manager:in the construction or execution of projects in the construction Experience in the leadership of project teams and entrepreneurs as well as a pronounced entrepreneurial and communicative thinking and working methods Safe knowledge and application of VOB, HOAI and other common regulations of German construction Willingness to project-related travel and regular construction sites in North Rhine-Westphalia
