Responsibility for shift management, including inbound, outbound and inventory processes according to the specified KPIs Distribution and planning of activities in the warehouse Staff coordination Enforce all processes and guidelines Central contact person for operational issues, environmental protection, cleanliness and training needs Detection and reporting of damage Assistance in carrying out processes Responsibility for equipping the warehouse Creation and communication of daily and weekly reports

Experience in logistics and team management Good knowledge of MS Office and warehouse management systems Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Ready for shift work including nights, Sundays and holidays Team player with coaching skills and leadership experience Clear and effective communication Individual initiative, target orientation and implementation strength Practical, proactive operation with team focus Flexible and safe in dynamic working environments
